If they wait a couple of months, will there be a basis for the suit against Cymer?

Right now, 7 more points on the stock and two years worth of interest would be the lost for the crybabies.

If we hit 55-60, tell them to stick it.

It won't matter. The suit will go on.

It stinks, but that's the way the system is.
