So do you think a well-organised website could save you time and money by helping to make your practice more efficient? ... and would medsite be in the lead towards that goal? ... it does seem logical that their chief alliance would be with the ama, i think you're right there ... also when you say they'll have to produce loss leaders at first to pull in the users, that's pretty much standard m.o. in the internet biz, eh. Doctors here in BC make comments very similar to yours on what they see as building pressure towards efficiency ... at the same time, health costs continue to increase .... where does it all go - admin, equipment, and/or insurance? ... not insurance here, imho, we aren't that litigious a society .... yet.
