C'mon, you don't know the answer to that?! This company and management suck and it'll probably be heading back below 11, that's why. It always does when these crooks sell their shares at what we, the unwashed masses, believe are "undervalued prices". They probably have material information right now. MCI contract? I'm gonna have to see that in print to believe it.

Maybe he's going to unload these shares 1). after a buyout of PAIR; or 2). he anticipates a big move on the stock (hopefully upward???)
