It really amazes me that that entire industry isn't moving faster to address this issue. Michael, Please continue to beat this drum. E-mail the marketing director at Intel. If you don't get an answer, request the name of the major disenting stockholder. I've found this to be particularly effective with smaller companies, but you may not impress Intel. But your idea is sound. All computer related companies will profit if it is adopted. Michael, everyone in this industry is looking for the "killer app". You've just proposed it, and it can probably be done in a few lines of code and $5 worth of hardware. And I'll be able to see the naked women in 26 million colors !!! I can hardly wait.
