Triple the average volume for Siebel to close at an all time high. Not bad. Yankees, giddy trading, full moon, Thursday and Friday's fruitful up days - all contributed. Siebel has a nice alliance with Microsoft and now IBM. That's all good news indeed. However, this from The Motley Fool:

Siebel Systems came in Number 1 in our stock screen for Relative Strength at the Foolish Workshop for the week of October 22, 1999 at: fool.com

The stock also is listed as #10 on the Peg 5 and Sparks 5 screens, tied for #3 on the Beta Screen, it's #2 on the Formula 90 screen, #2 on IBD Relative Strength Screen, and # 2 on our Unemotional Growth screen.

Here is a link that will explain each screen: fool.com

We Fools over at TMF like it. In addition, the market is awarding Siebel a gorilla like price to sales ratio in terms of GAP and CAP. It's more than just small news tidbits that are adding fuel to this fire.
