The FACT is Isaac that you & Your pals at ALEX are in deep dudu for the BS orchestrated above market buyin of 100k shares last Thursday morning. I know your BS low life scum game of "So hey, I bought you in, so sue me" [ie betcha won't cause, it's not worth your time and you did it up North & we know you didn't have a borrow].

Guess what wise guy?

THIS TIME, you & your scubag pals did it at the wrong time and the wrong company. So what if the SEC turns on the lights and all you cockroaches run for cover? It does not matter, because this time, there is far more serious stuff that has gone down and you're Johnny On the Spot. The FBI is gonna get involved here.

FYI AH, not playing this one, merely watching (so no you didn't get me) But I will be enjoying you writhe. You've got some very hard days ahead of you. As Ricky said to Lucy: "you got some "splainin' to do" Keep it up AH, you're going straight to Attica.

<<Why do shortsellers never discuss the facts? Lets discuss the facts.!!!!>>

A little hypocritical of you, don't you think? Okay, afrayem, let's discuss the facts (or rather the lack thereof). You posted:

<<So, when and where is the Silicon Valley demonstration? Late November details will follow. In mid-November they should have a representitive [sic] in the Comdex show in Las Vegas.>>

Message 11677649

I replied:

<<While I appreciate you finally answering a question, I have to wonder just what the above means. Here is a link to all companies beginning with C who are exhibiting at Comdex. Unless I am blind, CDDD is not on the list. I also searched the Comdex site for CDDD and C3D and there were no hits.>>

myplanner.comdex.com.

Have they registered as some other company? Does your statement mean only that they will have someone walking around looking at exhibits?

Message 11678993

You ignored it, so I posted the following:

<<Afrayem which is it? Did you make up the Comdex stuff or did someone at CDDD tell you about it? Should be an easy question for even you to answer.>>

Message 11702664

You stopped ignoring it and on October 26, 1999, posted:

<<WAIT one more day ...................... be patient please !!!!! AFI>>

Message 11713415

Just to give you the benefit of the doubt, I waited SIX days for your ONE day response. So far, there is no response. Those are the facts. So, I'll ask it again:

Did you make up the Comdex stuff or did someone at CDDD tell you about it? Come on, afrayem, tell us the facts!

Troy

Isaac dude, you're kinda quiet and so is your little crim stock (no volume): "C3D Stock One Focus of Inquiry Into Slain Brokers, NYT Reports

New York, Oct. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The stock of C3D Inc., a New York-based company which develops
digital-storage products, is one focus of the inquiry into the slaying deaths this week of two Colts Neck, New
Jersey stockbrokers, The New York Times reported. The two men, Maier Lehmann, 37, and Alain Chalem, 41,
may have been involved in a bitter battle over the stock of the fledgling company, though the investigation is in its
early stages and there are many possible motives for the slayings, the paper said. C3D officials said they have
never heard of the two men, who traded penny stocks over the Internet; a Monmouth County prosecutor told the
paper investigators are still searching the records of the two business partners.

C3D shares reached a 52-week high of 25 7/8 on Oct. 18 after touching a 52-week low of 1 3/4 on April 8;
yesterday, shares rose 1 to 22 1/4.
