I'm not familiar with how ECNs really work or if they work at all with the BB stocks. I don't think they do but I think a system just like the ECNs but strictly for the US BBs is something the US desperately needs if they want to promote growth in small businesses. Right now the BB system doesn't do that since the majority of the companies listed are not really running any kind of real business. A business to me is a company that sells a product or service for a profit and the product is not the friggin stock. Lola:)
