Don't you think every good business has a lot of inactive customers? William, I suppose a lot has to do with how long it has taken the customer to become inactive. Amazon is a new company and my opinion is that many people that once shopped there have moved to other sites. I know we do not agree on the future of Amazon and I really do not have a clue as to how this will play out. Amazon seems to have a large amount of inactive customers considering how new the firm is.
