George, """Today, we have the certainty that in the very near future Rex will end up having three important diamond mines in Mauritania""" "Thanks for the confirmation TV" If there is even one credible bone in your body, surely you must recoil in disgust with a promotion statement like the one above originating from RXD? Well given Serge Mullers buying of shares in the open market from August of 98 to at least June of 99, I can understand why you wouldnt understand honest upfront investing in full view of the market after being subjected to the run of the mill scams of VSE shareholder supported stock plays. I assume you are not a shill on RXD's payroll. Right again, actually my career started when I speculated the merits of Winspear before the company tried to promote what they couldnt deliver. Fortunately, all but 25% of those .60C shares were sold and invested in Namibian Minerals, REX Diamond , and Aber Resources before the cost overruns with Diavik. The 3.35C shares were sold as well on the first run in January, and some sold in the subsequent run to 5.40C Now would be a good time to let us all know just how independent and forthright you are in your analysis. You can surf back for the last 2 years and do your own DD, if you had, you would not have wondered why you missed buying at 1.80C instead of shorting at 1.35C. BTW I still have that PM on record in my files. The normal recourse when ushering in new financing (june of 99) is to fully state the assets of the company. As REX writes off fully non producing assets on their balance sheets which is contrary to Canadian Juniors ripping off the investment public by holding worthless mining leases on their books for years, and yearly promoting the merits thru flow thru shares favoring the Home Grown promoters and in turn shoveling the shares to unsuspecting investors, it made perfect sense for REX at that time in their corporate histroy. As far as their output, obviously no one is satisfied given Serges personal interest in REX, it looks like that is not a concern of the market at this time. IMO, if this is the kind of unsupported and outrageous statement a TSE listed company can make without market surveillance people stepping in for clarification, it shows exactly why the TSE will continue to have more Windfalls and Bre-x's. Well it is a statement backed up by widespread diamonds found in numberous samples from relatively uneroded kimberlitic source on REXs property further punctuated with Commercial sized diamonds and 3 diamond districts and backed by paid up leases 280,OOO US in SL of which the CEO has a retained agreement to 7.5% royalty on gross production as long as he remains CEO. Hmm, what is wrong with that market cap, frankly Tongo Fields alone was valued at 8.00C per share a few years back, do you think Ashton Mining promoted by James at 4.00C was a fair valuation (LOL)? Given the CEO has purchased shares on its ascent I think, the stock will be undervalued as time progresses. But seeing no time table has been presented in that comment, I am assuming REX is fully aware of the potential of its Mauritanian leases to produce 3 mines and has a very forward looking CEO and management team. They are thinking Big.!!!!!!!!!! IMO, that is the kind of statement that can make an entire sector of an exchange a laughing stock and can undermine and erode confidence in the junior resource sector. Actually the laughing stock of the exchanges became Winspear Resources, just reflecting when they 1. Promoted colored stones in micro diamonds (now that is a joke, hmm wonder why the exchange didnt halt them. As I recall Aber wouldnt even put their name on that release.!!!!! 2. Or more recently when they withheld the complete stone breakdowns from the market for 7 months only to expedite the breakdown after being forced to by the market. 3. Or even a more laughable instance, I can recall the (gulp) Cone theory emplacement, BTW, you did suddenly appear in November carrying Follinsbee Brief case. But the most hilarious event occured when (gulp) Randy Turner retracted the speculation in January of 99 which they promoted from the fall to the end of 98. Wonder how many shareholders they burnt thru that one, and probably fully explains the Street Wire of Sept 11 garnered from information readily available on August 18 on Sedar. I guess we can fully understand now why your group sits daily on CSW slashing the merits of REX and promoting the wares of Winspear. Nice touch, too bad you and your pals launched the campaign at 2.97C, hmmm, looks like ye got caught again (LOL). You are quit an amusing individual, I must say, and should be recommended for the "Liars Hall of Fame." BTW would you please drop your e-mail address, the SEC here is the US want to talk with you Oh I shouldnt forget Delgartia, Corriente, to name a few BTW do you think you own the lock on Diamonds.? I just bet if one added up the market cap of all explorers and market caps gained and subsequently lost in the Canada since 94, the combined cap would have surpassed the entire proven deposits in the NWT in proven values to date. Tell your shorting buddies on CSW that Serge loves to cover your shorts (LOL) George
