Don your post confused me greatly,
Are you saying you're bullish or bearish? or neutral?

How about your sell signal on Monday's high?
Is it still valid?

Hi Don,

I read some where that the judge for the Microsoft case will announce partial findings on Wednesday after 6:30pm est, But please confirm this as I can't find the note were it was read.

I suspect that this may produce the next down leg....especially after the addition to the DJIA.

I also believe this has been just another leg up in a bear market and the highs have been posted for the year on the DJIA and the S&P500. The Nas high is a representation of the speculation apparent at tops.

I'm not looking for a crash, but a healthy retracement into the 9,000's. The down and sideways markets should last into next year.
