For fun I checked out the latest ABFG webcast and read some of the RB thread on HITT. Seems these guys are still telling investors -- as they did in March -- they are 90% done with the audit! Check out this post fro jackgreyhound:to vizzz and all abfg shareholders on monday i called abfg and asked for the name and phone numbers for the law firm who was handling the filing of the form 10 and the accounting firm who was handling the audit. abfg gave me the name of the audit company who is in scottsdale, arizona and did not have the phone number for them. the law firm they said was a big reputable firm but would not give me the name or number to the firm. abfg said that they were doing a procedure to speed up the filing and that we could be back to bulletin board in less than two weeks. i called information and got the number for the company who was doing the audit and the man was very professional and do to privacy acts needed to have jerrys permission to answer any specific questions about the companys audit and filing ragingbull.com How many, ummmm, "inconsistencies" can you spot? 1. "audit company who is in scottsdale, arizona" As I recall, ABFG said in one of their webcasts that their auditor was based in Denver, CO, not AZ. I did a search of this thread and got this "confirmation" from a post from Kowboy:They have a company in Denver who is currently working on their numbers to the best of my knowledge. siliconinvestor.com 2. "big reputable firm but would not give me the name or number" LOL! Huge red flag. 3. "back to bulletin board in less than two weeks" ROFLMAO! The audit is not complete, the law firm is a mystery, there is still a 60-90 day backlog and growing to get Form 10s approved... Way back in March it was somewhat sad to see people getting taken by this company. Now I must say it's downright hilarious. Hey, maybe the greater fool theory will save the day for anyone buying at these prices, but why take that risk? - Jeff
