Maybe Intel isn't to happy about having to feature it on VIAs chipset...seeing as this might hurt the lawsuit...?
At the very least Intel has never been known to support alternative technology when they are trying to move the platform in their direction. (RAMBUS)
Let's face it...the i810e is crippled, on the BX it doesn't perform and the i840 is too much $ for the retail market.
