Absolutely agree... and think it is shown in this financing, these guys know what they're doing.

<Someday people will look back at all the good Michael Milken did in his career at DBL and wonder "what was all that fuss about?" People refer to the 1980's as the "Decade of Greed" -- in Milken's case, he was the victim of "envy". >

From an absolute legalistic point of view I agree with you about Milken... but a 'great man' would have voiced concern about the loophole he was taking advantage of. Milken was one of the few people who could see clearly the folly of what was happening, instead of voicing concern, he chuckled to himself and and kept taking advantage till the inevitable happened.

All my opinion of course. And I certainly don't think Milken is a 'bad guy', infact he got railroaded just because he did what most would do.
