Your spelling was perfect, dear JXM. Are we talking about colic or merely gas/indigestion?

Be careful of the ginger tea; it can be too spicy because you use fresh ginger and steep it for half an hour. That's why I use a diluted version and mixed with chamomile tea, spiked with a mere touch of blackberry brandy. For a child I'd suggest using instead the juice from fresh blackberries or the leaves, which can be obtained from herbal stores. If you can't find it, ask me for another remedy.

Meanwhile, quit feeding the kid so much rich stuff! You will ruin him for life with the sweet tooth and fat cravings from hell. <VBG>
