VALENCIA, Calif., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- DCH Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
DCHT - news) announced today that its Form 10SB submittal to the US Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) has been declared effective. DCHT is a diversified hydrogen technology
firm serving critical applications, including safety and power.

DCHT has a growing business in providing environmental safety, process monitoring and gas
sensor systems for a variety of industrial hydrogen uses worldwide, from nuclear reactors and
petrochemical refineries to food processing plants and glass factories. As the global hydrogen
fuel infrastructure continues to grow, so will the requirement for hydrogen sensor and safety
equipment.

DCHT is also developing and building fuel cells for a variety of power markets, including
communications, portable power, residential use and transportation. Fuel cells convert hydrogen
