I would say think that it is a bit of both.The market always knows what's happening...and in view of this past week's gains...something nice certainly seems to be happening. Keep in mind as well that Copperhill will be displaying at this weeks CIM conference in St. John's. Everyone I meet seems to be focused on Copperhill...local investors are very optimistic that the PowderHorn will yield some fantastic results.
