I hear you loud and clear.. Both my wife and I are of a fairer skin tone, but I still (and always will) love the two kids that appear on my profile. Making money for them is first for me right now. retirement can wait.

It is my experience that everyone is bigoted. No one can escape completely the prejudices of their own background and experiences. This includes especially the groups that complain loudest about discrimination.

Here in Silicon Valley you will find entire companies where the IC design staff is Chinese and the marketing department is Indian. I could go on with thousands of other examples for every ethnic and religious group.
