I have no problem with Intel trying to defend themselves. Some of the OEMs that have gone along with them to the promised land over the years might have some second thoughts about doing it blindly again...after the CUr-shoe-shine release...

We weren't talking about AMD making a single dollar off a processor they designed but didn't they make a buck or two off the 386-40s?
