mutual funds had big cash flows in october, should start putting this money in the market next week, i think we will get volatility, but will hold 10500 with major move coming in november just like rande called for, fomc meeting on nov 16 should clear the scene for major move through end of month, whether the raise rates or not, fed should be out of the picture for awhile, imo, we will set new high in november in dow
