Tony: Third world suppliers will do it manually. Another mechanical fix. No one is going to let the date cost them money. In the meantime some smart guys are making a lot of money warning the henny pennies of this world that the sky is about to fall. Biggest mistake in our lives will be remembering to start the year in our check dates with a 2. The Y2K issue will be the general excuse for any poor performance that is demonstrated from individuals to corporations to bureaucracies. JFD
