IMHO: Palladium prices can only go down short term if for some strange reason Russian Central Bank decides to give palladium away. The demand, on the other hand, given pollution problems and world wide economic growth targets set by central banks and governments (and sane people as well), can only increase.

I still believe that it is a piece of cake to solve the mining operational issues, if the right folks are running the mine, unless either there is no such PGM deposit, or the noise about right of way turns out to be true. Odds favor normal course of events. That is where my money is, which is long.

PS: Mr Nettles bought 5000 shares around 22 on 10/19, according to YAHOO. I for one sure hope he has a plan.
