Dear X: My reputation as to MVIS is still somewhat intact ie I stated that I felt it would drop to around 16 eventually after the conversion and in fact bought my stock averaging 15.25. I admit its sinking to even lower levels surprised even me. I hope that the company endeavors to make some press releases etc to keep up the interest in this stock which to me seems to be waning. A BIG UNSUBSTANTIATED RUMOR II

Medtronic people were at conclave of the College of Neurosurgeons in Boston. A deal with MVIS is imminent.

In 1998, there was serious discussions with Sofamor Danek. The deal never happened and the company was subsequently bought out by Medtronic, Inc.

Also, rumor of nice Business Week article...

Sincerely,

X
