- The longer Judge Jackson takes, the more I think the final decision won't be clearly won by either side

- I also think MSFT will be frozen for trading from the time the announcement is made; to until the decision is published.

- Finally, I'm begginning to get used to all these anti-MSFT stories. It only makes sense that MSFT has its tenacles in to literally 100's of business ventures. And let's face it; some just won't fly. I will say that the Expedia ipo is a move in the right direction

Frank, the Globex has been open for about an hour now. They haven't shown much change fom Friday's close. The S&P hasn't been up or down 100 basis points and the NAZ hasn't been up or down more than 400 basis points. I think you are looking at Friday's numbers and some changes from Friday's 3pm close. I have been watching every tick since it opened this evening. There is nothing going on.
