Musea, you can just use yahoo to keep track of your portfolio aft u enter ur basis or u can enter jan.1 price to keep track of YTD changes. if u use yahoo u get ur portfolio balance w/out the efforts.

another ez thing to do is enter info on yahoo and you can selct
copy paste that info directly into excel.

Every weekend i get balance of all my accounts and enter in a spread sheet and also keep track of NDX index naz 100 index.

then i use excel to chart my progess vs. ndx index.

If i can not beat this index then i m wasting my time.

ytd NDX is up over 43% (as of last fri), nazdaq is up 35% spx probably less.
