Thanks for the answer, Z., I use ISLD a lot, and multiple book windows at a time. When I realize that my posted bids are longer than 4, 5 seconds out and missing, then I begin to ask questions (That is a sort of "dead man" handle). But in IPOs it is really a big help, look at AKAM, or SCRM, as provided by the nasdaq.I had it running, and it worked out.

We are in the process of establishing a better connection to Island for our server farms. Telcos, especially PacBell are notoriously laggard in getting new circuits in place. The poor connections we have now are not commercial quality and it appears that the connections drop messages. This should correct the problems we've seen with stale quotes (dropped message indicating a transaction) and missing quotes (dropped message on a new order.) This isn't being ignored. -- Gibbons
