I've been watching this one for some weeks now. Debt is
really not a big problem here the company has decided to
take all the hits in the previous quarter for upgrades
equip, computers, idling of some machinery, Ects.
company has a total long and short term debt of aprox
12.8 mil, Thats nothing for a company of this size
Total shares x book per share x debt/equity ratio = total

I've been wrong, very wrong, on this one so far. So one may want to keep that in mind. To see a gain on my $16-ish purchase price, will take a long time, but I expect it eventually. Before that occurs the dividend will (probably) be suspended. Some investors will give up at such a development. Best guess is that a basing pattern would begin. So, I think PTX looks like dead money with some risk. I'm not buying any more here, but I'm definately not selling, either. Paul
