Contract Supports Executive Order on Technology-Enhanced Training

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Learn2.com (NASDAQ:LTWO), a
leading provider of online learning solutions, today announced a
partnership with Innovative Management and Technology Approaches Inc.
("IMTAS"). IMTAS and Learn2.com have been awarded a contract to provide
online training to the 16,000 U.S. Department of Labor employees
nationwide. This agreement reflects the U.S. Department of Labor's
efforts to comply with Executive Order 13111 ("Using Technology To
Improve Training Opportunities For Federal Government Employees") which waas
signed by President Clinton on January 12, 1999, and which directs Federal
agencies to take certain steps to enhance Federal employees' training
opportunities through the use of technology.
Department of Labor federal employees of all levels will have access
to a co-branded Learn2University site offering courseware for soft skills,
end user desktop applications, network professionals and web
professionals. "Our partnership with Learn2.com is a total team effort which
has addressed the demand and implemented, in minimal time, a Web based
training solution to help enhance technical and non-technical skills that
facilitate the Department of Labor's Life Long Learning Initiative," said

is providing program management and other technology services for the
contract.
