Thanks, WUWT: interesting, but the end balances are relatively immaterial. Wondering if that same note discloses the continuity, ie does it show opening balance, plus 1999 adds, minus amortized $amount ???? thats of real interest. If not available, my reading of what you have posted is: this is a conservative and generally used accounting policy, so, i am happy with it. reread the numbers again...i am impressed with the Q3 results. this stock is always a buy under a buck...problem is getting the MM's to give you some.
