I did find out the Transfer Agents #: Olde Momouth, 732-872-2727 Want to confirm that the O/S is 9.8 million, Co., says that 2-3 million is in the float. 90% in the company is strong holding: 30-40 on the shareholder list that hold 7,175,000 who are in agreement to hold, and a 500k holder in the float that is holding as well. Lots of solid financial brokerages on the list.

Seer, authorized shares doesn't matter. The company can change it at a moment's notice to whatever it wants. CEO Kitts told me 9.8 million shares total o/s. And the merger deal would involve shares of PREFERRED stock convertible to common stock. I'm guessing the conversion ratio will be around the 10 million share range, which would give FibrX control of INVT. Still at 29 million shares, with a $30 million contract in hand and others to follow in the hot fiber optics field. Well.... I think we're going to get rich.
