thanks SALVA . it's sound good
this also mean that bankers have confidence in GOLD if they accept to secure their margin call in WARRANTS OF ASHANTI

Barrick still need to buy gold reserve ;it's our turn
pgd-mdn donT show signs of new drilling programm. maybe they are satisfy of their positions or SOMETHING IS COOKING
.
I THINK it is better for barrick to exchange a small amoun of their shares to buy pgd now. they will be in better position to face the next 3 years best luck to all this week

This is good news. Ashanti's deal with it's "gold hedging counterparties" will allow other companies *Anglo, Barrick etc) to focus more on business development (in Tanzania) rather that trying scavenge the good remains of a once thought dying conglomerate. Now I suspect that Lonmin and Ashanti will work hard in the coming month(s?) to consolidate their business relation which will make for a stronger "Ashanti/Lonmin" presence in Tanzania. This is indeed good news for all of us. PGD (along with MDN) should receive more "undivided attention"!

I heard that all of MDN professional staff (5 people, Quebec and Montreal offices) would be in Toronto Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Anybody know the reason? Strategy discussion with PGD? Negotiation? Or just a pre-Christmas shopping vacation in downtown stores?

I would lean on the side of strategy discussion for current negotiation and next year's drilling program (my impressions only as I have no info other than the planned presence of MDN people in Toronto).
