Glad you came out and admitted your potential conflict of interest. It would have been better if you had done this in the beginning, but at least people can make a more informed decision now. You must be in tight with the board or be on the board to be setting up the webpage for the company. Which board position do you hold? if not, did you receive shares to build their website or what?

<<Well yes I have shares in that company, though I am not the president.>> this negates everything you say regards this charity----you have a holdings in this company--gifted stock,i presume.I suggest you should be encouraging people to give to the already well known(non profit and proven to be real and honest) toys for tots type charities,in which you have no monetary interest. Your holding stock in this company is hyprocrisy,and raises questions. you further BELATEDLY state <<Yup could be I'll have a lot to gain on all of this, or it'll be a big flop and I'll have wasted alot of my precious time. >> I will stick to other charities thank you,you are not my idea of Santa Claus.Max90
