Glad you came out and admitted your potential conflict of interest. It would have been better if you had done this in the beginning, but at least people can make a more informed decision now.

You must be in tight with the board or be on the board to be setting up the webpage for the company.

Which board position do you hold? if not, did you receive shares to build their website or what?

Your holding stock in this company is hyprocrisy,and raises questions.
