OTC BB P&D Artist Operational Instructions: 1) Accumulate: Quietly buy stock on some obscure company, making sure not to give enough volume to generate any interest from other traders. Make a deal with the company for stock options in turn for your effort to get the valuations up. 2) Pumping Campaign: Make as much noise as possible about the said company, spread false rumors, distort facts, give outrageous predictions on revenue growth, earnings and potential biz. 3) Dumping Campaign: As the stock starts running unload your entire position over a 2-3 day period. The higher the price the more you unload. 4) Blaming Campaign: If any bagholders complaign about the performance of the stock since they bought it, blame it on the shorts.
