S.C: NN seems to be targeted by Eqpt buyers for back end sales. This often occurs only when smaller Companies have little or no pricing power in the Market place. This phenomena is unlikely to go away but can result in a lower P/E.

It is obvious that NN had not considered any possibility that its share price was vulnerable. It is indeed sad that even their Arbitrageur for the acquisition failed to advise them correctly.
