Tom,

Just to clear the air, I'm really sorry that you had to sell your Naxos
stock and wasn't looking for your reasons. My question was really
why you are still here which you answered. I have also sold off some
of mine, but still hold more.

Now, as for believing that the Lithium approach is a good one... well
I agree with you. This work should continue and the results published
before any financial agreements are made with anyone...

The problems are that I don't trust current management to work in the
best interests of share holders. I could elaborate, but in the essence of
time, I won't. My take on this management team is that they are
as dysfunctional as any we have yet had. I've spoken with a very
emotional member of the board and don't trust this individual to make
logical decisions.

Also, there have been some very disturbing happenings taking place
which I feel are material information that have not been disclosed to
the investment community. These include the extent of the claims
which were dropped and the results of P.M. testing both of which
were stated in K.B. messages posted here in S.I. on 9/2/99.
Assuming the results were bad and we have lost a significant number
of claims, this should have been reported. (wasn't the guilty verdict
against Jimmy John for withholding negative information ????

An additional problem with this company is that they seem to use this
thread as the official news agency. Are Kim's posts just perceptions ?
.. or are they sanctioned "releases" issued only to privileged S.I.
readers....?????

Tom, the one thing I do share in common with you is the hope that
Naxos does succeed. Our major area of contention seems to be
that this is the right management team to foster it. My feelings are that
whoever is running this fiasco will make a deal just to retain control.

Paul

P.S. Daphne still hasn't called back.... and you were so sure she
would ...
