B: UniDyn Projects Fiscal Year 2000 earnings; New Divisions lead to exponential
growth and earnings

OREM, Utah, Nov 1, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- UniDyn Corp. (OTCBB:UNDY),
Monday announced its current company fiscal year 2000 estimates to all
shareholders.

Estimated earnings are based on meeting only 30% of the current on-hand
commitments primarily for Sterling.

UniDyn Divisional Progress 1) Vibration Products Division (VPD Orem
Utah) VPD with Dave Kenner now as President, facilitates the NorthStar
and MorningStar products. VPD now has its first MorningStar order ($100,
000) driving a $2 Million system in South Asia. Delivery is scheduled
for the first quarter 2000. Estimated VPD 2000 revenues remain steady
at $2.1 Million.

2) Derritron Products Division. (DPD planned operational Mar2000, site
pending) The company plans DPD operations to begin in March 2000. The
company has begun site selection, staff selection, procurement and
distribution arrangements. Derritron continues to represent a rich line
of products that should consistently achieve future earnings of 10 to
15 cents per share. Fiscal year 2000 start-up revenues are estimated at
$3.2 million.

3) UniDyn Technology Division (UTD Salt Lake City Utah) UTD reports
Sterling system test results. General Motors reported testing over 11,
000 printed circuit boards with the Sterling System prototype. Results
indicated a 100% success in capturing known warranty defects and seeded
defects. The test report stated: "(Sterling) was capable of finding ALL
workmanship defects and infant mortalities." UTD is a high-level
technology resource serving all UniDyn divisions. UTD under the
direction of Dr. Leaver, (company officer and director) is not a
revenue generating division.

4) Avalon Products Division (APD Tempe AZ) The company is setting up
the Sterling production and engineering requirements under APD.
Deliveries of the first Sterling Units are scheduled for the first
quarter 2000. Fiscal year 2000 APD revenues are estimated at $23
Million.

Current commitments for Sterling originate from Japan, Singapore,
Malaysia, and now Korea. These commitments now represent apx
$60,000,000 on an annual basis. UniDyn also has several other
opportunities in the works for both USA and European distribution.

The actual market for sterling is estimated at over 3 billion. Our goal
is to capture a 10% market position that would generate apx $300
Million in annual revenues. Company is currently filing for USA and
international patent protection.

Estimated Year 2000 Earnings of $0.24 The estimated pre-tax earnings
(EBT) for the year 2000 is $0.24 per share. These earnings reflect 1.2%
of the Sterling market, and only about 30% of the current Asian
commitments. Production is expected to ramp up through 2000 with a
larger facility change for Sterling scheduled in the forth quarter
2000.

Following this, the earning projection exponentially increases over the
next few years. At a 10% market share, the earning (EBT) estimate
exceeds $3 per share. Ira Gentry chairman of the board of directors
stated, "Although UniDyn remains debt free, the board of directors has
recently authorized a private placement of up to 3,000,000 shares to
improve the ramp up and delivery of Sterling."
