Paul: As Flattbatt over on Yahoo pointed out, it looks like there's a lot more going on here than just Castle's little gambit. How so? Well, 'tis an AMAZING set of coincidences that the past several dribbles have occurred right at VLNC's low point(followed by a quick bounce to ~$5 1/2, just like right now). So it goes....

And with regards to yesterdays filing...well...the 424B5 filing appears to contain more of the same, with a couple of changes/additions. One to the effect that VLNC now has a limited quantity of products available for sale(page S-3). This is a first. But before anyone goes getting all excited I must point out the above statement is contradicted by page S-7, wherein management states they "haven't completed safety testing our batteries and will not be able to make a commercial sale of our batteries until we successfully complete such tests." So hey LEV, what's up with THAT, eh? Heh!

Bottom line? Allowing for the usual management typographical errors and laziness in insuring this filing is accurate(I see they didn't adjust their Castle preferred commentary to account for Castles conversion), it's net-net nothing different that has been seen for some time. Still, it does provide food for analyst/broker questions should they be following VLNC in any in-depth fashion.

Meanwhile, I see VLNC is holding on to a 3/32 gain. Let's see how it goes....

John~
