The fall in price today maybe psychological because the court starts today for the second phase of the FLA. trial.

My question to the management at Phillip Morris is how come they are not buying back their stock at these low prices. I would rather give up a dividend and retire some stock (I know that is not possible). But they should buy back some of their shares. Maybe they are waiting for the unfavorable decision, the stock dips into the teens and then they announce a stock buy back.

Is there a rep of company that shareholders can speak to? The silence of management really bothers me. The fundamentals warrant a much higher price but mgmt needs to take a more active role in promoting the stock. You see this all the time in tech companies. A simple press release stating the share buyback has been increased would be nice.

Yes, it would appear that it is shaping up to be an ugly day. I had hoped that with Tax selling season form most mutual funds over, things would have stabilized or even had a bit of upward bias.
