Looks like a match as far as DTOX goes. I thought her age was 39 by other accounts. If she is 29 then she married Jesse Scarola at the age of 15/16 had her son Jeffrey, now 13, at the age of 16.

A few days later we find this interesting piece of news on Ms. Scarola: Records also indicate Chalem set up his girlfriend, Kimberly Scarola, 29, in a medical company that sells drug detox services to hospitals in Los Angeles, Chicago and Colorado[4]. Might this medical company have been DTOX?! Why YES! I believe so!! Originally known as CITA, when it was still a private company. I'm told Kimberly was paid $60K a year for her "work", which she first performed in the CITA offices. She later did whatever she did out of the house in Bluebell Lane. Minor correction: that press report got it wrong. Kimberly's 39, not 29.
