WGAT - I looked at it before the market opened after seeing a lot of activity on it... the problem with it is that it will be carrying that secondary baggage from now on and investors' trust in that company will be waning the longer they draw that secondary. The greedy insiders did not like selling lower so they'll hold off until it goes up. As a trader/investor I don't like that... I don't want them to hit me on the head with stock dilution just when I'm getting comfortable. JMHO... it was a very stupid move pulling that secondary. Who would not suspect that any upward movement is not artificially induced from here on out? My .02, SF
