Well I will just use a simple supply/demand analysis, given that there is more supply of shares to the public, given the same demand, the price of the shares should go down.

I do not understand where they will be able to find a place for the 2 Million shares, given that the average daily volume of late has been about 75,000

Todays 5 point drop off the high may be the price being moved to a point to where they can move the shares. Smith Barney is doing the secondary, so we can assume that they will be pushing the stock to some big clients.

Bottomline a secondary puts out more shares and makes shares owned by current sharehold less common. Like baseball cards, if everyone can buy a Ken Griffey Jr, the stock is not quite so rare, who is going to up bid a stock if everyone can buy lower?

Anyway the proof will be in the next few days, and I can hardly wait
