yep..the ASL reprieve did it. there were also reports that the recent price spike led to a drop-off in Asian demand. the one positive i could detect was the fact that CNBS Europe reported on the drop in the PoG. they had a guy from Goldfields on who said something about support in the 280 area and resistance in the 330-340 area. we'll see if his support holds. hedge funds were heavy sellers on the ASL news. i suppose all the funds are back on the short side by now, which is also good. still, all in all it looks as though the long expected switch from paper assets into hard assets has been postponed again. perhaps indefinitely. DUNG 3500, here we come.
