Don't know if your idea would fly. But do know there won't be much left. When the lawsuits finally hit, SALV will have had to sell 100 million tests to pay off. The bankruptcy will have creditors lining up. Unfortunately, people like McLaughlin will be there for even more of a handout. I can't even imagine what good news RSH is talking about. SALV is way beyond any hope of an acquisition or turn around. Far too much debt for any chance of redemption. Even if gigntic sales are forthcoming. By the way. Who is selling now that Slowey has gone to work for a rival, Epitope? But that won't stop the piggies from attempting more pump and dumps.
