Toy Retailer Becomes Anchor Tenant On Shop@AOL Marketplace

Toysrus.com, a premiere Internet source for the hottest toys, and
America Online, Inc. (NYSE: AOL) today announced a two-year agreement
that pairs Toysrus.com's online site for toys and baby products with
the world's leading interactive services company.

The agreement gives Toysrus.com anchor placement in the Toys
department of the Kids, Toys and Babies category in the new Shop @
AOL, AOL.COM, Netscape, CompuServe, and Digital City shopping
destinations, and high-profile tenancy in several other departments,
including the Educational Toys, Collectibles and Hobbies, and
Electronic Gaming areas and several child-oriented departments of Shop
@ AOL.

The deal will allow Toysrus.com to further extend its Internet
presence by reaching AOL's more than 19 million members, as well as
the millions of additional visitors to its Web-based brands. In
addition, the companies will work together on special sales promotions
and make available high-value product offerings exclusively for AOL
members.
