a-b-c-d-e are rarely seen in wave

In large caps stocks I would definitely agree with you but on pennies you always get weird wave counts. That being said, I am not a really big fan of elliot wave theory. However if you have several different signals back up the count then I will often put it on like I did on the JDX chart. I would never let an elliot wave count stand on its own.
