The bottom line for me is that this company has been working for the better part of a year to pull together a business model that will create value for shareholders. They have not been burning through their cash reserves, and they have a strong, well connected, management team in place. They will be soon be receiving an additional injection of cash when the Medsite.com IPO comes out. The shares are trading at close to cash value now, and there seems to be an increased interest among investors as to what is happening here. You know that I have pitched my tent in fundamentalist camp, even though I respect what TA can provide an investor. The fundamentals are good right now, and I am betting that they will become better still when the company unveils their business plans. So, with that commentary, let me now take a shot at interpreting what the selling by Yorkton means . . . It means that anyone interesting in taking a position in this company still has the opportunity to do so - at almost rock bottom prices! If they were not selling, then I am confident that I would not have been able to make that statement. This situation still provides us with a small window of opportunity. However, I also believe that very soon the window will be shut nice and tight. Crazy Canuk
