Hi Jim:

WCOM and FON bought a large number of MMDS companies
during the last 6 months with the goal of solving
their Last Mile problem and offering wireless
Internet access. WCOM will be competing against
the RBOCs (BEL, SBC) which are rolling out DSL
very quickly, and with T, COX, and Time-Warner
which are rolling out Internet access by cable.
Waiting 2 years is just not going to do it.
Time is of the essence.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
