I am sure that I read on R/B or maybe here that the shell YNOT is compliant with SEC filings, all $743.00 on last 10Q reporting. In addition the reverse split wasn't approved until after a deal had been struck with one of the two buyers from Europe. I am still in this stock and expect to see quiet accumlation until news is released on the company that has purchased YNOTD. In addition the "D" should be gone Wednesday or Thursday. I don't know if SEC counts holidays or not like in the court system. Enlighten me if I am wrong. TIA Regards, LS
