The news articles allude to an unidentified third partner with Chalem and Lehmann. Don't you think this guy might be a tad nervous right about now, perhaps in hiding? If he's not in hiding, and talking to the press, should one read something into this? Might Janice know more on this subject she might be willing to share later tonight once she gets back online? In true suspense fashion... stay tuned. :)

Your line of speculation may be in the wrong direction:

I think its safe to assume that the perps knew who his "contact" was.

Perhaps the path of the inquiry should be directed to who really profited from the activities of the deceased in the last say 3 or 4 years.
