Soundview the only brokerge that has downgraded? The only one I have seen. There are 37 analysts/brokerage houses that actively rate Cisco. 23 Strong Buys, 13 Buys, 0 Holds, 0 Sells and 1 Strong Sell (I have never found the 1 lone analyst. Anybody ??
