Barron: A competing bid would be excellent for STII but hard on NN . That bid would have to be in by Nov 15 since STII has a special meeting that morning to approve NN's bid
and the sale of the Govt based buisness.

I hear (not verified) that NN has already filed standard form S4 for 19.25 m additional shares for the transaction. That aproximates to $24 which means NN did not anticipate this sell off.

The Arbitrageurs with the Market makers will decide how this pans out once we have STII's vote. My hunch is that they will be close to the Inside track for the results of this Q.
